We have added Kennesaw, Woodstock and Canton to our service area. All three are cleaned by crews from our Sandy Springs branch, at the same prices we charge everywhere else we work.
That brings us to 28 cities across metro Atlanta, and it takes us properly into Cobb and Cherokee counties rather than clipping their edges the way we have been.

What we clean in each city
Kennesaw
Two kinds of work dominate here. Offices along the Chastain Road corridor, where the tenants are mostly professional services and small headquarters operations. And warehouse and flex space near Cobb County International Airport, which is a different job entirely - more floor, fewer restrooms, and much of it needing attention two or three nights a week rather than five.
Residential work runs across the whole city. On a recurring schedule you get the same crew week to week, which matters more than people expect; a crew that already knows your house does a better job in less time.

Woodstock
Medical practices along Highway 92 and Towne Lake Parkway, and independent businesses in the downtown district. Medical space is its own discipline - exam rooms, clinical waste handling, and surfaces that need a disinfectant left for the full dwell time on the label rather than wiped off while still wet.

Canton
As the Cherokee County seat, Canton carries more professional offices than its size suggests, plus medical suites clustered near Northside Hospital Cherokee. It is also the furthest of the three from Sandy Springs, which affects how we route and schedule it rather than what it costs.

What it costs
Our prices are published and they do not change by city. A house in Canton costs what the same house costs in Sandy Springs.
Residential, on the schedules most families actually use:
- 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom - $165 to $205 per bi-weekly visit
- 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom - $213 to $265 per bi-weekly visit
- One-time deep clean, 3 bed 2 bath - $311 to $368
- Move-in or move-out, 3 bed 2 bath - $361 to $430
Commercial is priced per square foot per visit, then adjusted for restrooms and how often we come:
- 2,000 sq ft office, one restroom, weekly - about $96 a visit, roughly $382 to $466 a month
- 3,000 sq ft office, two restrooms, weekly - about $113 a visit, roughly $451 to $549 a month

One thing worth saying plainly: first-time residential cleans are done at our deep clean rate. A house that has not had a professional clean in a year takes longer than a maintenance visit, and quoting it as one would mean either rushing the work or asking you for more money on the day.
What happens when a business calls
Every commercial job starts with a walkthrough at no charge. We measure the space, score each area from 1 to 5 on its current condition, and put a written scope in front of you within 48 hours. Nobody talks about price before that, because a number for a building nobody has walked is a guess.
Once service starts, a supervisor inspects the first clean against the agreed scope, then keeps inspecting periodically. That is usually the real reason a company changes cleaners. It is rarely price - it is that nobody checked the work and nobody called back.

We are not new at this
Starbiz Cleaning has been running since 2017. We work from three branches - Suwanee, Sandy Springs and Decatur - and clean offices, medical and dental practices, schools, restaurants, warehouses and several hundred homes.
Our crews hold seven certifications from the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association, including biohazard cleaning with OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training, bloodborne pathogens, chemical hazards, green cleaning and medical cleaning.
