• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
• Customers may reschedule their cleaning service with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
• A walkthrough inspection will be offered at the end of each service visit.
• This inspection allows the customer to review the work and approve it before the cleaner departs.
• If a walkthrough is declined by the customer, the service will be deemed satisfactory unless a claim is submitted within 24 hours (see below).
• If a customer is unsatisfied with the cleaning service, a claim must be submitted within 24 hours of the service completion.
• If no claim is submitted within this timeframe, the job is considered complete and satisfactory.
• Cleaners will not return to the job site for touch-ups or corrections unless a valid claim is received within 24 hours.
• Starbiz Cleaning LLC will be granted 72 hours to rectify any reported mistakes or unclean areas.
• If the issue is not resolved within this time, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds will not be issued if:
• The claim is submitted after the 24-hour reporting period.
• The customer refuses the opportunity for correction during the 72-hour resolution window.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, accessible, and secure entry to the property during the scheduled time.
• We are not liable for damages caused by customer-provided cleaning products or unsafe working conditions.
• Starbiz Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
• We are licensed, insured, and bonded, and we strive to protect our staff, our customers, and their property.
• We are not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces.
• Damage caused by poor maintenance, faulty fixtures, or unsafe environments.
