House & Commercial Cleaning in Buford, GA
30518 and 30519, both counties, lakefront to Mall of Georgia. Our crews are already in north Gwinnett most days.
Buford sits in two counties, and it matters more than you’d think
Buford straddles the Gwinnett–Hall county line at the northern edge of Gwinnett, roughly 35 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta, across ZIP codes 30518 and 30519.
The split is not just administrative. The Hall County side holds most of the Lake Lanier waterfront — dock-access communities, lakefront estates, neighbourhoods with private marina amenities. The Gwinnett side runs from established subdivisions down toward the Mall of Georgia corridor. Two quite different housing types under one city name.
Buford also runs its own school system rather than sitting inside Gwinnett County Public Schools, and Buford City Schools is a large part of why families move here. Practically, for us, it means Buford school calendars do not match the ones our Duluth and Suwanee clients follow, so we schedule this city on its own rhythm.
One more thing worth saying plainly: Buford gets you lake access and top-rated schools at price points below Alpharetta and Milton. Our rates do not change by city, so a Buford house of a given size costs the same to clean as one in Windward.
Lake Lanier homes on the Hall County side
Lakefront work has its own rhythm. Docks bring water, sand and red clay into a mudroom every weekend from May onward. Screened porches take a beating in pollen season. Guest rooms sit unused for weeks then hold a full house over a holiday.
Most of our lake clients here run bi-weekly through the winter and weekly through the summer, with a deep clean before the season opens. Bi-weekly on a 4 bedroom, 3 bath is $215–$273 per visit; the same home weekly is $208–$264.
If you rent it out, look at short-term rental turnovers instead — different checklist, different timing.
Retail and commercial on the Buford Drive corridor
Buford Drive around the Mall of Georgia — the largest mall in the state — is big-box retail and national dining, and the surrounding corridor has the strip retail, service businesses and offices that grow up around that.
- 4,000 sq ft retail, 2 restrooms, nightly — $2,372–$2,887 per month
- 3,000 sq ft office, 2 restrooms, weekly — $451–$549 per month
- 3,000 sq ft office, 2 restrooms, nightly — $1,658–$2,018 per month
Retail here lives or dies on entry glass and floors — that is what a customer registers in the first three seconds. We build both into the nightly scope. Downtown Buford along Main Street and Shadburn Avenue is a different job again: smaller local restaurants and boutiques where the whole space is visible from the door.

Buford questions we get asked
Do you cover the Hall County side of Buford as well as Gwinnett?
Yes, both, at the same rates. The county line runs through the middle of the city and a lot of the lake inventory is on the Hall side, so covering only Gwinnett would mean skipping half of Buford.
Do you handle boat docks or outdoor kitchens?
Docks, no — that is outside what we do. Covered outdoor kitchens and screened porches, yes, as part of the house. After a heavy pollen stretch a large screened porch can be closer to a deep clean, and we will flag that before starting rather than after.
Can you clean before a holiday weekend at the lake?
Yes, and we would suggest booking those dates early. Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day are the three weeks our Buford and Cumming lake schedules fill first.
Is Buford more expensive than Suwanee or Duluth?
No. Our pricing is based on the home, not the city. A 4 bedroom in Buford costs the same as a 4 bedroom in Suwanee. Nobody pays a postcode premium with us.
We’re a retail unit near the Mall of Georgia. Can you clean before opening?
Yes. Retail is usually cleaned overnight or early morning so the floors and glass are finished before your first customer. We agree the finish time in writing, because in retail a crew still working at opening is a real problem.
