Alpharetta has roughly 67,200 residents and a median household income near $147,600, but the averages hide how split the housing is.

At one end there is the walkable side — downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, and the townhomes and flats strung along the Alpha Loop. Compact, newer, three bedrooms and two or three baths, often occupied by people who work nearby and want a clean that fits between things.

At the other end is Windward, built around Lake Windward, where the median household income is closer to $171,000 and some homes reach seven figures several times over. Different square footage, different expectations, different job.

Downtown, Avalon and the Alpha Loop

Townhomes and smaller single-family homes here are our most common Alpharetta booking, usually bi-weekly. A 3 bedroom, 2 bath runs $165–$205 per visit bi-weekly, or $168–$209 monthly if that suits better.

Two practical notes for this side of town. Parking is the real constraint — if your building uses a deck or assigned space, tell us when you book and we will plan around it rather than losing twenty minutes circling. And a lot of these units have shared walls, so we schedule vacuuming and hard-floor work inside sensible hours.

Windward and the larger homes

Windward is a swim and tennis community built around the lake, and the homes are substantially bigger than the metro average. Recurring service:

• 5 bedroom / 4 bath, bi-weekly — $267–$332 per visit
• 5 bedroom / 4 bath, weekly — $258–$320 per visit

A first-time deep clean is $494–$595 on a 5 bedroom and is required before recurring service begins. Homes larger than five bedrooms get a walkthrough and a custom quote — there are plenty of those in Windward and we would rather measure than guess.
