House, Restaurant & Office Cleaning in Duluth, GA

We clean kitchens on Main Street before the Town Green wakes up, and homes in Sugarloaf while you are at work.

Downtown Duluth changed what we do here

Ten years ago Duluth was a residential booking for us and not much else. Then the Town Green happened.

The green sits on Main Street beside City Hall and now anchors a genuinely walkable downtown — concerts, farmers markets, the Duluth Fall Festival, Howl on the Green — with a restaurant and music scene grown up around it. Places like Red Clay Music Foundry, Good Word Brewing and Maple Street Biscuit Company brought foot traffic that Duluth simply did not have before.

That created a different kind of cleaning work: food service, and a lot of it, in a compact few blocks.

Restaurant and bar cleaning on Main Street

Food service is the least forgiving commercial work there is. The health inspector does not care that you were busy, and grease does not wait. It also has to happen in a window — after close, before prep — that leaves no room to run late.

A 2,500 sq ft restaurant with two restrooms, cleaned nightly, runs $1,987–$2,419 per month. That covers front of house, restrooms, hard floors and the degreasing that keeps a kitchen inspection-ready. It does not cover hood and duct cleaning, which is specialist certified work and should be contracted separately — we will tell you that rather than implying we cover it.

For a downtown bar or taproom the floors are the whole job. Sticky floors after a Friday are a different task from a Tuesday wipe-down, and we price weekend nights accordingly instead of pretending every night is the same. See bar and restaurant cleaning.

Offices along Peachtree Industrial

Away from downtown, Duluth’s commercial base runs along Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Satellite Boulevard — office suites, flex space and a steady base of medical and dental practices.

  • 3,000 sq ft office, 2 restrooms, 3× per week — $1,174–$1,429 per month
  • 3,000 sq ft office, 2 restrooms, nightly — $1,658–$2,018 per month
  • 2,500 sq ft medical practice, nightly — $2,234–$2,720 per month

House cleaning across Duluth

Duluth has around 32,000 residents and a housing mix that runs from downtown townhomes walkable to the Town Green through to the established swim, tennis and golf communities like Sugarloaf Country Club.

  • 3 bedroom / 2 bath, bi-weekly — $171–$218 per visit
  • 4 bedroom / 3 bath, bi-weekly — $215–$273 per visit
  • 5 bedroom / 4 bath, bi-weekly — $267–$339 per visit

Moving? A move in/out clean on an empty 3 bedroom is $360–$457. Duluth has a lot of rental turnover around the downtown townhomes, and getting a deposit back generally comes down to the oven, the fridge and the baseboards.

Gwinnett County Public Schools is the largest district in Georgia, and school calendars move a lot of our Duluth schedules. Tell us your preferred day and we will hold it.

Duluth questions we get asked

We close at midnight and prep starts at 7am. Can you work in that window?

Yes. Overnight is when most of our Duluth food-service work happens. We agree a hard finish time up front, because in a restaurant a crew running late is not an inconvenience, it delays your whole day.

Do you clean hoods and grease ducts?

No. That is certified specialist work and it should be contracted separately with a NFPA-96 provider. We handle everything around it — floors, degreasing, front of house, restrooms — and we would rather be clear about the boundary than leave you exposed at inspection.

Can we clean five nights instead of seven?

Often, yes, depending on volume. A restaurant doing heavy weekend covers and quiet weeknights may not need all seven. We will look at your actual trading pattern and say so.

Do you do post-event cleanup after Town Green festivals?

For our commercial clients, yes — festival weekends put unusual traffic through downtown businesses and we schedule extra visits around them. Ask when you book so we have the dates.

I live in a downtown townhome. Is that cheaper than a house?

Usually, since it comes down to bedrooms and bathrooms rather than the building type. A 3 bedroom townhome and a 3 bedroom house price the same with us. Stairs and hard floors matter more than the label.
